Jennifer Bosworth is a learning strategist and instructional design professional with more than 20 years of experience developing training that supports performance, builds confidence, and aligns with organizational goals. As an Interpreter Education Specialist with Sorenson Communications, she serves as project lead for a range of initiatives within the Interpreter Training and Development department—most focused on on-the-job training, onboarding, and role-specific learning. Many of these projects are designed for global interpreter audiences and are translated into multiple languages.
